START IN THIS ORDER:
- Take the PEP assessment on your computer, laptop, or any smart device,
- your color-coded PEP assessment results will be emailed directly back to you,
- now, review your interactive color-coded PEP assessment graph as you listen to the MP3 audio, which you will follow daily for 12 consecutive days,
- this will explain the 8 zones of the PEP, where you are now, what it means, and how to elevate,
- after reviewing your PEP graph and listening to the MP3 audio – the next day will be DAY 1 of your 12 days,
- Start with the introduction and lesson one – day one,
- focus on each lesson for 12 minutes in the AM and 12 minutes in the PM for 12 straight days – building upon each previous day until you have incorporated all twelve abilities into your life on day 12.
